The seminars had a duration of 24 hours. Eight lecturers have been selected from GRNET and FUB for delivering the training material. Tutors from each country have been selected from the related partners to attend the seminar. Videoconference through H.323 protocol, VCON VPOINT software and application sharing between 2 end-to-end hosts will be the supporting technologies of the seminar. Additionally, an e-learning course has been created on the platform MOODLE for supporting the courses. A moderated forum took place with subjects: Get to know each other What are the expectations of the training? What is your current level on informatics/ e-business/ e-learning What questions/problems should be discussed during the seminar? The participants in this forum were: the coordinators from the corresponding country the tutors all Moodle coordinators the coordinator and two tutors from the previous seminar (who will give an idea of the previous seminar) the coordinators from the country of the next seminar (who will get an idea for the next seminar) Additionally, in some cases, a moderated chat took place shortly before the seminar for discussion on the unanswered questions. The purpose of these actions was: - Participants got a first impression of Moodle - Participants got to know each other - Professors and facilitators collected feedback for the needs of the participants Additionally, tutors must had watched a video on the Greek GOONLINE initiative that can be found at URL:  HYPERLINK "http://www.elisa-project.net/Announcements.php?month=6&year=2006&language=en" http://www.elisa-project.net/Announcements.php?month=6&year=2006&language=en. There was a discussion during the seminars based on this video. During the seminar (deployment scenario). The seminars took place through video-conference (protocol H.323/Vcon VPoint , Skype) and application sharing.
