European workshop on "Helping SMEs go global through ICTs", Barcelona

The joint EuroEcom - eBSN conference which was co-organised by COPCA, and the European Commission, is a major annual conference in Spain aiming at promoting ICT among local SMEs, and this is the second time a joint EuroEcom-eBSN conference is organised.

The conference aimed at demonstrating how ICTs can open new horizons for SMEs by enabling them to expand their business world-wide. It presented best practices of SMEs integration in European and International B2B e-marketplaces, as well as an update on public e-business policies. The ultimate objective was to stimulate European SMEs engage in cross border e-business transactions notably through B2B e-marketplaces.
