• organize and participate in project internal meetings:
  1. Kick-off meeting (Athens 10-2005),
  2. Mid-review meeting (Berlin 09-2006),
  3. Pre-final meeting (Maribor 05-2007),
  4. Closing meeting/final project audit (Vienna 12-2007).
  5. All ERDF partners will attend those meetings
• prepare and submit progress reports and final report
• collect and review deliverables before each reporting
• ensure a stable communication infrastructure: FTP, mailing lists, project templates, ppt templates, Notebook etc.
