The content of the Training Package, will cover the following.

• Presentation of the program: Main objectives and desirable results
• Communication techniques: Transferring knowledge in the framework of the scope of the program. Transferring knowledge to SME owners, adults learning.
• Presentation of the training material: Use of hardware and software, use of the Internet, use of e-mail, utilization of e-banking and government on-line services, development of a commercial web-site.
• Teaching techniques: Allocation of time and training material per training visit. Modification of the content taught according to the individual needs of the respective SME.

Starting from existing training material of the Greek Go Online initiative and e-business training material from Leonardo projects that PP4 (DANUBE) has participated, a complete training package will be produced in English including lessons on basic ICT skills, e-business processes, applications, solutions, legislation, e-banking, e-government, sector specificities, etc. A quality control system will be established to assure the quality of the produced material.

The training material will be translated in all beneficiary country languages. Special care will be given to the customization of the training material to specificities of local SMEs, to the local legislation and the local government-to-business services.

An easy to use guide including various chapters from the training material (e.g., basic ICT skills, e-business practices, etc). Existing guides from the GoOnline project and the e-business forum project will be used as a basis. The e-business survival kit will be produced in 6 languages (Greek, Serbian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, and Slovenian). PP1, PP2 and PP5 will cooperate for the production of this guide. The activity includes: Selection of material, Editing, Quality Control, Final compilation, Translation, Creation and Production, Printing (10.000 pieces for every beneficiary country), distribution to a large number of SMEs via Chambers Of Commerce and other local actors.
